Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we are here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days of the purchase date and you must be able to provide proof of purchase. Payment fees are not refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, the products returned must be unused, unopened and in the original condition and packaging.

For any products which have been opened, sample, or slightly used, we will provide you with a gift voucher.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Iminamuck 11 Coopers Rd Macclesfield Vic 3782.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
